Simply Fostering

About Us

Who we are

As experienced fostering social workers, we knew that the majority (72%) of children in care were looked after by foster carers and that the more stable and settled a child’s time in foster care had been, the more likely it was that their outcomes will be good.

We found that good matching between children, young people and foster carers played a central role in ensuring that fostered children had a successful and secure experience and in turn, ensured that carers were are more likely to continue fostering.

Due to the huge shortage of foster carers, in 2005 we created Simply Fostering.

Since then we’ve had the privilege to see many of our enquirers become successful foster carers and fostering families.
